Przemysław Damski

Przemysław Piotr Damski is an assistant professor at the University of Lodz. Until 2022, he was head of the International Relations Teaching Program at Vistula University (Warsaw). He is a political scientist and historian specializing in the field of international relations. His research interests focus on issues of emotion in international relations, the Arctic in international relations, and international relations before and during World War I

He was a visiting professor under the Erasmus program at the Polytechnic Institute Bragança. The Roosevelt Institute for American Studies (Middelburg, the Netherlands) has twice awarded him a research grant. In addition, he has conducted numerous studies in Britain, the Netherlands, Germany and the United States.

He is currently working on the issue of emotions in American foreign policy and the impact of the war in Ukraine on the Arctic.
